Whew! What a day!  Didn’t sleep very well last night at the hostel.  People moving around making noise, lights on somewhere.  I am just too light a sleeper for the hostel!

Today’s hike started well but I got tired at about 7 miles!  The last 2 miles were extremely slow as I strained my left thigh.  It feels okay at the moment…took ibuprofen and put a pain patch on it.  Oh…and so glad I NEVER have to hike Wildcat Mountain again.  Tomorrow we will hike to Blue Mountain Shelter.
